SMOOSH JUICE
Tuesday Magic Item – Witch Wand

In the hands of its owner, the wand provides a +1 attack bonus to spells cast by them and provides a +1 shield bonus to armor class (that works against touch attacks). In both cases, the wand must be visible and used to gesture and defend.
When the wand is created or bound, the owner may choose one spell they know of up to second level, or third if the spell is of the necrourgy or divination school, and they can cast that spell once a day, at their level, without expending a spell of their own. When they cast the wand’s spell, they are also healed 2d4 + their spell casting ability modifier in hit points. The spell is restored every nightfall.
The wand is very tough (hardness 12, 10 hit points) and as long as its owner is alive, it heals fully every round if damaged.

First paragraph as above.
The Witch Wand draws its power from ancient rituals and pacts made from before the present age; only its creator can use it to it full extent. But once its creator is gone, another can take the wand and link it to themselves through a ritual that takes an entire night and leaves the new mistress of the wand exhausted (3 levels of exhaustion) and frail (losing two points of each Constitution and Wisdom, recovering one point of each after a long rest).
In the hands of its owner, the wand provides a +1 to hit bonus to spells cast by them and provides a +1 bonus to armor class. In both cases, the wand must be visible and used to gesture and defend.
When the wand is created or bound, the owner may choose one spell they know of up to second level, or third if the spell is of the necrourgy or divination school, and they can cast that spell once a day, at its base level, without expending a spell of their own. When they cast the wand’s spell, they are also healed 2d4 + their spell casting ability modifier in hit points. The spell is restored after a long rest.
If the owner of the wand is a warlock, they may forgo bonding a spell to it and instead, receive an additional spell slot of one level lower than they usually case (minimum first) and whenever they cast a warlock spell of first level or higher, they heal 1d4 + the spell level hit points of damage
The wand is very tough (Armor Class 19, 20 hit points) and as long as its owner is alive, it heals fully every round if damaged.
Notes: Petty has me thinking about how there are not a lot of items specifically for Warlocks, so here is one.
